Chef-owner Byron Gemmell's “old-school” French-Continental “gem” brings a bit of the European “countryside” to Dana Point Harbor, offering “surprisingly good” dishes (like duck with caramelized banana rum) in a “homey”, “romantic” setting; though the menu hits expensive notes, “professional” service is a plus.
